Love Your Enemy Put In Perspective – Unrepentant Murderers and Brutal Killers Can be Handed Over to Satan: Hebraic Perspective

On two occasions, Paul makes a judgment on three persons with the following phrases "deliver such a one to Satan" (1 Cor 5:5) and "handed over to Satan" (1 Tim 1:20). This seems contradictory for Christian behaviour, but it is not. Why must "do not steal" be taken literally and not this "hand over to Satan" passage?

 How do you handle brutal killers and rapists of your family and how should a Christian’s attitude be towards them? What about the ongoing farm murders in South Africa, how do you treat these inhumans that boil children alive?

 Further, any person serving in a governmental position, who is not a Believer, who is looking the other way, following New World Order ideology and promotes these blasphemes deeds is outright against God’s Word.
