Yeshua, Paul and the Traditions : Must we keep the traditions or not?

Beloved Christian, what Hebrew customs and traditions did our Saviour Yeshua (Jesus) keep? What Hebrew customs and traditions did Paul and the other NT writers keep?

Are there really more than 17 Scriptural facts in the NT that Yeshua adhered to the traditions of the Hebrews as prescribed in their Oral Law? Why would He do that as He opposes it another place?

Paul even instructed Believers to obey the traditions: So, then, brothers, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or by our letter. (2 Thess 2:15)

Paul gave severe instructions regarding dealings with people who did not keep the traditions: But we command you, brothers, in the Name of our Master Yeshua Messiah, that you withdraw from every brother who walks disorderly and not according to the tradition which you received from us. (2 Thess 3:6)

Paul makes it clear he kept the traditions as well: Become imitators of me, as I also am of Messiah (meaning the same as Yeshua did Who also kept the traditions). And I praise you, brothers, that you remember me in every way and keep the traditions as I delivered them to you. (1 Cor 11:1-2)

Whether one accepts it or not, it is a fact attested to by Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, that even in His final hour, Yeshua did not stop practicing the customs and traditions of the Hebrews.

Even educational Jewish learning sources, such as the Encyclopedia Judaica, say that "the New Testament provides us with undeniable evidence that Yeshua did not oppose any prescription of the Written or Oral Torah."

Beloved Christian, this is mind-bending information which leaves us with many questions such as:

•Do we adhere to the NT instructions concerning "traditions" or not?
•What are Biblical traditions?
•If we must, when is a tradition good and when is it bad?
•When does a good tradition become bad?
•What is the difference between a custom and a tradition?
•What is the difference between the Oral Law (Oral Torah) and and a tradition?

This book " Yeshua, Paul and the Oral Law" gives you the answer to this troubling issue…
