Parcel Deliveries

1. When will I receive my delivery?

Please note due to the high volume of orders and minimum ministry staff we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

• Order processing (the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order).
• Stock verification (if out of stock, item to be reordered).
• Custom make of order (order placement and collection at supplier).
• Parcel preparation (abroad shipping costs to be established for outside South Africa).
• Transit Time (the amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the delivery shipping agent).

The Estimate Delivery Date is 14 days in case of products that must be made up, if no products need to be made up then obviously it is much quicker.

2 How many attempts will be made?

We will make 2 delivery attempts for Parcel deliveries. After the 2nd failed attempt at delivery, the package(s) are returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit for your merchandise only. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee and the previous delivery costs incurred.

3 What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Examine your order upon delivery/collection to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged. In the event that there are damaged or incorrect packages, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

4 What additional fees may apply?

There may be circumstances that require additional payment by you if the conditions mentioned have not been met. [For example, if you need to change the delivery address and your order has already shipped, etc.]

Returns & Cancellations

1 Return Policy

If you change your mind after making a purchase, just bring the product back to the Mega Messianic Online Store offices or ship your merchandise back to Mega Messianic Online Store within 30 days. All we ask is that you bring/send your receipt and return it in its original packaging. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

2 Cancellation Policy

If you have placed a Mega Messianic Online Store Internet or phone order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us without delay. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded.
